Directions for Use:
What is an avatar? An avatar is an image (of 80 x 80 pixels on the board) that follows you from post to post appearing with your screen name.
How to get an avatar?
1. Right click on the title of the picture, then "Properties." The url will be displayed. Copy the url or web address. (You may want to keep this Visual Arts Gallery open for directions or make a copy of the directions.) Return to the Diva or Diva and Cowboy board.
2. Below the banner header on the right, you will see "My Control." Click on it. Under "Menu" in the left column, you will see "Personal Profile" That's where you will find, "Edit Avatar Settings" Click on it. It will take you to a window where you will see: "Your image avatars. "
3. Paste the (url) web address for your image where it says: "Enter a URL to an online avatar image."
4. Press the button to upload.
